Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) Govern All Bookings, Rentals, And Services Provided By The Luxe Concierge Group LLC (“Luxe Concierge,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). By Reserving, Purchasing, Or Using Any Service, The Client (“You,” “Your,” “Passenger,” “Renter,” “Account Holder”) Agrees To Be Bound By This Agreement.

1. General Service Policy

  • Luxe Concierge Provides Black Car, Chauffeur, Event, And Concierge Services As Described On Our Website And Booking Systems.

  • Service Is Subject To Vehicle Availability, Weather, Road Conditions, And Third-Party Factors Beyond Our Control.

  • Luxe Reserves The Right To Substitute Vehicles Of Equal Or Greater Class When Necessary.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A Valid Credit Card Is Required At The Time Of Booking.

  • Full Payment Is Due Prior To Service Unless Otherwise Approved By Luxe In Writing.

  • Prices Are Subject To Change Based On Market, Seasonality, And Location.

  • Gratuity Is Not Included Unless Otherwise Stated.

 

 

 

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

Standard Bookings (Point-to-Point & Hourly)

 

  • Free Cancellation Up To 48 Hours Prior.

  • 50% Charge If Canceled Between 48–24 Hours Prior.

  • 100% Charge If Canceled Within 24 Hours Of Pickup Or No-Show.

 

 

Airport Transfers

 

  • Free Cancellation Up To 48 Hours Prior.

  • 50% Charge If Canceled Between 48–24 Hours Prior.

  • 100% Charge If Canceled Within 24 Hours Of Pickup Or No-Show.

  • A 60-Minute Grace Period Is Provided For Verified Flight Delays.

  • A 60-Minute Grace Period for On-Time Flights.

 

 

No Refunds Will Be Issued For Unused Time, Changes In Travel, Or Early Termination Of Service.

 

 

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

 

  • Passengers Must Comply With All Safety Rules, Seatbelt Laws, And Driver Instructions.

  • Damage To Vehicles (Interior Or Exterior) Caused By Passengers Will Be Billed At Actual Repair/Replacement Cost Plus Downtime.

  • Smoking, Vaping, And Illegal Substances Are Strictly Prohibited.

  • Alcohol May Only Be Consumed In Vehicles Licensed For Such Service Under Florida Law.

 

 

 

 

5.Wait Time & Overtime

 

 

  • Point-To-Point Transfers Include A 15-Minute Grace Period. Additional Wait Time Will Be Billed In 15-Minute Increments.

  • Airport Pickups Include 60 Minutes Of Complimentary Wait Time After Flight Arrival; Beyond That, Wait Charges Apply.

  • Hourly Bookings That Exceed The Reserved Time Will Be Billed At The Standard Hourly Rate.

 

 

 

 

6. Liability & Disclaimers

 

 

  • Luxe Concierge Is Not Responsible For Delays Caused By Traffic, Weather, Airline Changes, Accidents, Or Circumstances Beyond Our Control.

  • Maximum Liability For Any Claim Is Limited To The Amount Paid For The Specific Service.

  • We Are Not Liable For Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged Personal Property.

 

 

 

 

7. Force Majeure

 

 

We Reserve The Right To Cancel Or Adjust Services Without Liability In Cases Of Natural Disasters, Pandemics, Government Restrictions, Strikes, Accidents, Or Any Unforeseen Event Beyond Our Control.

 

 

 

8. Conduct & Removal

 

 

We Reserve The Right To Immediately Terminate Service Without Refund If Passengers Engage In Illegal Activity, Threatening Behavior, Or Conduct That Endangers The Driver, Vehicle, Or Other Passengers.

 

 

 

9. Privacy & Data

 

 

  • Luxe Collects And Stores Booking Details, Payment Information, And Passenger Data Solely For Service Delivery And Compliance.

  • Data Will Not Be Sold Or Shared Except As Required By Law.

 

 

 

10. Governing Law

This Agreement Shall Be Governed By And Construed In Accordance With The Laws Of The State Of Florida, Without Regard To Conflict Of Law Provisions.

 

 

11. Dispute Resolution

 

 

  • Any Disputes Arising Under This Agreement Shall First Attempt Resolution Through Informal Negotiation.

  • If Unresolved, Disputes Shall Be Submitted To Binding Arbitration In Alachua County, Florida, Under The Rules Of The American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Each Party Shall Bear Its Own Costs And Attorney’s Fees Unless Otherwise Determined By The Arbitrator.

  • You Waive The Right To Participate In Class Actions Or Consolidated Claims Against Luxe Concierge.

 

 

 

 

12. Amendments & Updates

 

 

  • Luxe Concierge Reserves The Right To Amend Or Update These Terms & Conditions At Any Time Without Prior Notice.

  • The Most Current Version Will Always Be Available On Our Website And Shall Supersede All Prior Versions.

  • Continued Use Of Our Services After An Update Constitutes Acceptance Of The Revised Terms.
